Daly City Asphalt Paving provides asphalt paving, sealcoating, repair, striping, and related services to residential and commercial customers in Daly City, CA and surrounding areas. Services are performed on-site at customer properties following agreement on scope and pricing. All work is subject to the specific terms set out in your written estimate or service agreement.
Estimates provided by Daly City Asphalt Paving are based on a visual assessment of the property and the information available at the time of the estimate. Estimates are not guaranteed final prices. Actual costs may change if site conditions differ from what was observed during the estimate, if the scope of work is modified, or if unforeseen issues are discovered during the job. We will notify you of any material price changes before proceeding. An estimate is not a contract - work begins only after you have approved the scope and pricing in writing.
Once a job is scheduled, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Jobs cancelled without adequate notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be stated in your written agreement. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control. Asphalt work in particular requires appropriate temperature and dry conditions - we will communicate any weather-related schedule changes promptly.
Payment terms will be specified in your written estimate or service agreement. In general, a deposit may be required to secure scheduling, with the balance due upon completion of the work. We accept payment methods as specified at the time of agreement. Invoices not paid by their due date may be subject to a late fee. Work will not begin or continue on a project with outstanding unpaid balances from prior jobs.

Daly City Asphalt Paving is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities or for delays caused by a failure to prepare the site as requested.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Any warranty terms - such as duration and what is covered - will be stated in your written service agreement. Warranties are void if the surface is damaged by conditions outside our control, including but not limited to subsurface movement, vehicle loads exceeding the designed capacity, chemical spills, acts of nature, or failure to follow post-job care instructions.
Except as stated in a written warranty, services are provided "as-is" and Daly City Asphalt Paving makes no additional express or implied warranties regarding the work. Natural variations in asphalt appearance, color, and texture are not defects.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Daly City Asphalt Pavingshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or property damage caused by factors outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim arising out of services we perform shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific job in question.
